YouSendit, Sarbanes-Oxley, and HIPPA

Speaking of being Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPPA compliant. I've always wanted to advocate lawyers using YouSendit or a similar services for files too large to email, but I have privacy concerns. Again, I'm no expert. I'm simply raising the question. Does any reader has an answer?

Hi, I believe LeapFILE is an enterprise secure file exchange solution provider that satisfies HIPAA & SOX compliant restrictions. The file transfers are in SSL encrypted mode from end-to-end, with data centers that are SAS 70 TYPE II certified. There is also audit trail tracking of all file transfer history, ensuring secure file delivery & future auditing. I believe many law & accounting firms use their service. You can check it out at www.leapfile.com
